<li>Monitor and manage project budgets on all sites</li>
<li>Resolve conflicts or miscommunication that may happen on-site quickly and amicably</li>
<li>Report project status to supervisors, site engineers and officials regularly</li>

<h2>Foreman Requirements and Qualifications</h2>
</div>

<li>High school diploma or certification in a skilled trade (electrician, carpenter)</li>
<li>4+ years' experience as a construction foreman</li>
<li>Extensive knowledge of construction best practices, equipment maintenance, and use, and OSH guidelines</li>
<li>Understanding of use and maintenance of electrical and hydraulic systems</li>
<li>Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints and convey this information to others</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and leadership skills</li>
<li>Ability to communicate and report effectively</li>
<li>Aptitude in math and strong problem-solving abilities</li>
<li>Good physical condition and stamina</li>
<li>Fluency in English; Spanish a plus</li>
</ul>

Master Electrician

<p>Plans electrical systems additions or modifications on secondary circuits. Works on secondary electrical systems that are 1000 volts and below.</p>

<h3>Duties and Responsibilities</h3>
<ol>
<li class="list">Installs and monitors performance of installed electrical equipment for hazards, adjustments, or replacement.</li>
<li class="list">Repairs, installs, replaces, and tests electrical circuits, equipment, and appliances using appropriate tools and testing instruments.</li>
<li class="list">Leads, guides, and/or trains other electricians in applicable procedures and techniques.</li>
<li class="list">Repairs and maintains motor control centers and programmable logic controls (1000 volt and below).</li>
<li class="list">Plans electrical secondary system additions or modifications.</li>
<li class="list">May perform work of lower level electricians.</li>
<li class="list">Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.</li>
<li class="list">Reads, employs, and updates electrical panel schedules.</li>
<li class="list">Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.</li>

<h3>Minimum Job Requirements</h3>

<li class="list">High school diploma or GED; at least 6 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Possession of a current New Mexico Electrical Journeyman License (EE98J) and a current second New Mexico Electrical Journeyman License.</li>
<li class="list">Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.</li>

<li>Bachelor's or associate's degree in human resources or a related field.</li>

<li>Strong organization skills and attention to detail.</li>
